A Nigerian and a Ghanaian sitting together without the talk of jollof rice… Imagine that. I’m sure you can’t because it is near impossible.

Same way we can not imagine a wedding without a dress. Whatever your culture, whatever part of the world you are from, the wedding dress is a significant part of the brides wedding story.

Wedding dresses are strategically and beautifully positioned, begging for your attention. There is the all time debate about whether one should rent a dress or buy a dress.

The dress is worn just once and most likely can never be worn again. Some designers have come up with genius wedding dress designs that allows the dress to be reusable.

Voice actress Alex Borstein, best known as Lois from Family Guy, caused quite a stir by re-wearing her wedding dress at the Emmys!

The choice of whether to rent or buy is totally up to the bride, her budget and what she wants.
If her perfect wedding dress is within the brides budget, then why not?
If the bride believes it’s a waste of money to spend so much money on a dress that can only be worn once, then by all means… Rent.
If the bride ups for a reusable wedding dress, so be it.

There’s no hard and fast rule.
Do what rock your boat, forget about what people will say… They will be fine.
