Qmara Vie Planners is a boutique events management company based in Abuja Nigeria with an emphasis on infusing luxury, refinement, and sophistication to your event while maintaining a sense of modernity.

Planning an event can be quite stressful, the dozens of preparations and decisions to make regarding theme development, budget management, scouting venues can seem daunting to even the most seasoned of hosts. That’s where we come in.

Our team of young and vibrant individuals are constantly pushing themselves creatively to turn fantasy into reality. Although our strong background in the industry coupled with our professionalism has given us a solid foundation, it is our attention to detail and our ability to listen to the demands and fears of our clients that has scene us featured in various publications.

We don’t just organize events, we curate unique once in a lifetime experiences. We believe you should be able to live in the moment and enjoy the present, that is why we aim to take all the stress of planning an event away and let you enjoy your special day.

Even with our continuing success we don’t plan to rest on our laurels.
